We provide digital photography and videography services, rather than physical products. / Refund policy: Please contact us within 24 hours of the session or receipt of thumbnails or draft edit to discuss if you are not completely satisfied with the photographs or videos. We can arrange a refund of some or all of the studio fee if not satisfied with the session or the result and will also not send the high-res retouched images. Cancellation: If you have paid a deposit towards the full amount for the current pop-up shop you may rearrange a booking without losing the deposit if you rearrange earlier than 24 hours before the booking time.
